The most affordable plan type in most circumstances will be the HMO option. The most expensive plan type in most circumstances will be the PPO option

The lower your MOOP the higher your monthly premium will be.

The most affordable Metal Level is Bronze. The monthly premium will increase as the metal level increases to Silver, Gold and Platinum.
